Meet Tom
Tom’s the guy who has never dieted a day in his life. As a professional chef, food was his everything. “Everything’s better with butter!” was practically his catchphrase. But while he was whipping up dishes that made your taste buds dance, he was also battling a daily struggle with depression and guzzling 6-8 cans of soda just to make it through the day.
Then came PFC3. And let’s just say, Tom’s story got a serious plot twist.
Tom has shed over 60 pounds and is in the best shape he’s been in since high school. His depression is at bay, and his once insatiable cravings for sugar have vanished. The constant need for soda to quench his thirst has been replaced with healthier choices that actually hydrate him. Now, when Tom does reach for a soda, it’s a rare treat — and he savors every sip like it’s the first time. The pics to the left- same outfit, 1 year apart!
Tom’s story is proof: you don’t have to give up everything you love to get healthy. You just need the right balance. And maybe a little less butter. 😉
Meet Coach Amber
Amber’s been on every diet under the sun for over four decades — you name it, she’s tried it. Her days used to feel like a battle against fatigue (especially that brutal post-lunch slump), depression, sleepless nights, and the never-ending rollercoaster of losing weight only to gain it all back.
